. We can keep your booking in computer system up to three days after reservation.
Please do not make your reservation twice ( for example also in another Travel Agency). LOT will report it to us immediately, and your reservation will be cancalled

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
Sale of domestic in Poland, and European destinations flights for the preferred rate is available. Certain condition do apply. Please ask for details. We can not assme any responsibility for misses flight connections due changes flight times. Passengers should check departure time, reconfirm flight 24 hours prior to departure. Flight times(domestic and international) are subiect to changes with or without notice.
RECONFIRMATION
LOT Polish Airlines does not require reconfirmation of onward or return reservation on any LOT Polish Airlines flight, with the exception of flights from/to Canada, USA, China and Thailand, where reconfirmation should be done at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm will result in the cancellation of reservation.
IN-FLIGHT MEALS
When passenger reserving seats or purchasing tickets (at least 12 hours prior to departure) thy can order special meals including vegeterian, fruit, fish or others to cater for different religions (Hinduism and Islam) ans kosher cuisine and also dietetic meals: e.g. light, low salt, for diabetics, free of dairy produce, low-purine or gluten-free meals.
INFANTS
Children under 2 years of age do not occupy a seat. One infant must be accompanied by at least one adult to be aligible for infant rate.

Ticket price for Seniors over 60 years old discounted 10%
CHILDREN
Children under 12 years of age may travel only with the assist of a person at list 16 years old or as UM (unaccompanied minor 6-11 years old). If not booked properly the children may have their boarding denied. Travelling children are entitled to the same seating privileges and baggage allowence as adults.
FREE BAGAGAGE ALLOWANCE WHEN TRAVELLING
On all routes(except transatlantic to/fom Canada and to/from USA) weight system approved by IATA is now in force. This means that the total weight of a passenger's baggage and not the number of pieces is defined. In business class the three baggage allowance for a passenger may be no more than a total weight of 30kg (66 pounds) and in economy class - 23kg (50 pounds). A passenger may also take on board one piece of hand baggage of up to 6kg and total dimention of 115cm (sum of length, width and height), in flight to/from Canada and to/from USA a piece system is in force based on the number of baggage items carried by passengers. The free allowance in business class is 3 items of luggage, each weighting no more than 32kg (70 pound) and total dimension 158cm. In economy class the free baggage allowance is two items, each weighting no more than 32kg (70 pounds). The total dimension of the first(length, width and height) can be no more than 158cm and the second -140cm. In both classes a passenger may also take on board 1 item of hand baggage of up to 5 kg and total dimension up to 115cm.
BAGGAGE OF INFANTS
On transatlantic flights (to/from CAnada and to/from USA) an infant (child up to 2 years old) who does not occupy a separate seat in the passenger cabin is entitled to a free baggage allowance in business and economy class of 1 piece of baggage of up to 23 kg and total dimension 115cm. On other routes(weight system) an infant who does not occupy a separate seat in the cabin is entitled to 10kg of free baggage. Carrying baskets, fully collapsible pushchairs or strollers, and car seats are not included in the free-allowance baggage limit and are taken on board only if available space allows. TRAVEL WITH PETS
We can travel with pets as a baggage in a passenger area or as a cargo.
Pet transportation must be reported to the LOT Polish Airlines at least 24 hours prior to departure. Pets can travel on board, in a cage with a travelling passenger. The weight of a pet with cage can not exceed 10 kg. Pet with cage will be charged as an additional luggage.
