For travellers to/from Canada to/from Poland
Adult and children 1 piece of checked baggage, of which the sum of the height, width and lenght does not exceed 107" (273 cm), and the height, width and lenght of a single piece not exceed 62" (158 cm). Maximum weight of any piece shall not exceed 50 lb.(23 kg). Infant one piece of checked baggage of up to 10kg and total dimension 115 cm ( 45") plus one carrying baskets, collapsible stroller/pushchair, or car seats.
Free baggage allowance for business class passengers remains unchanged - 2 items of luggage, each weighing no more than 32 kg(70 lb) and total dimentions 158cm(68")pcs.
A special rate is charges for taking ski gear (snowboard, pair of skis, pair of sticks and ski boots) equal to the average charge for 3 kilos of excess baggage.Should such equipment not exceed the free baggage allowance, no fee is charged.

Additional one more baggage up to 23 kg should be paid 75.00 CAD on airport in Canada or 210.00 zl in Poland.

Dodatkowo, w ramach ceny biletu, jako bagaz podreczny moga byc przewozone przez pasazera: mala torebka damska; plaszcz; peleryna lub koc; parasol lub laska; aparat fotograficzny, lornetka lub kamera; para kul lub w pelni skladany wozek inwalidzki (jesli tylko sa niezbedne w czsie podrozy); pokarm i skladany wozek dla niemowlecia (jesli sa niezbedne w czasie podrozy).
Dla dzieci do lat 2 nie zajmujacych osobnego fotela, przysluguje prawo do bezplatnego przewozu 1 sztuki bagazu o wadze do 10 kg. Wozek skladany zalicza sie do bagazu bezplatnego, torba-kosz do przewozu niemowlat lub fotelik samochodowy nie zaliczaja sie do limitu bagazu bezplatnego i sa zabierane na poklad w miare wolnego miejsca. W przypadku braku wolnego miejsca przewozone sa bezplatnie w luku bagazowym.


PRZEWOZ ZWIERZAT
Oplata za przewoz zwierzat jak za zwykla nadwyzke bagazowa.Waga nie wlicza sie w limit bagazu bezplatnego. Na pokladzie mozna przewozic zwierze o wadze do 8 kg. Ilosc zwierzat na pokladzie jest limitowana. Cena za przewoz psa do 8 kg wynosi 100 CAD
Zglosic trzeba do biura nie mniej niz 24 godz. przed odlotem.
Przy odprawie pokazac certyfikat zaswiadczajacy o szczepieniach.

CARRY-ON BAGGAGE

Hand baggage, of which the sum of three dimensions must not exceed 39" (100 cm), and the weightis no more than 13 lb.(6kg), should be stowed under the seat.In addition to the free baggage allowance, each passenger may cary on board, without additional charges, the following items for his personal use during the flight, when retained in his custody: coat, blanket or wrap, umbrella or walkingstick, small camera or film camera, a reasonable amount of reading material for the flight. This also applies to infant's food for the flight, carrying basket and fully collapsable stroller or pushchair and fully collapsable wheelchair or a pair of crutches for the incapacitated passenger.

EXCESS BAGGAGE AND BAGGAGE IDENTIFICATION

Baggage in excees of the above-mentioned dimensions by number of pieces or weight shall be charged extra.
Outside identification is necessary for both checked and carry-on baggage.

If your baggage does not arrive
at your destination, report it to airline right away. The airline will do their best and you should have your baggage within a few days. For emergency expenses
-you can ask the airline for financial help. Keep their report in case of any further claims and/or insurance purposes.
